PTF

On behalf of the leadership and members of the Trinity Christian Academy Parent and Teacher Organization (TCA PTF) I want to extend a very warm welcome to everyone in the TCA Community, especially all of our new families!

I realize many of our new families may not be familiar with our PTF Organization. The TCA PTF exists for the purpose of building and maintaining strong ties between parents, teachers, and staff because of one special common commitment–our students / your children.

As a TCA parent, you are automatically a member of the PTF Organization and you are invited to become an active member of the PTF Organization.

The PTF was established to be a support to the school community and remains as the primary volunteer source for the school. Throughout the year, PTF serves and participates in a variety of activities and events which are designed to bless our students, and staff. Although these activities and events create a significant impact for our school community, many of them require a small investment of time. These include our PTF meetings, Grandparents Day, providing support for various school events, etc.

In addition to providing support and volunteers for the school community, from time to time during the school year, the TCA PTF participates in fundraising events. All funds raised by PTF will be deemed “designated” and therefore only used for the specific purpose determined by the TCA Administration and the Executive Committee of PTF.

We are thrilled to announce that future meetings will be broadcast through Facebook Live so that those who cannot be physically present will be able to attend the meeting live or watch it at their convenience. The TCA families are the heart of our school and we are committed to doing our best to reach everyone.

Look for announcements regarding future meetings, family nights, school events and opportunities to get involved and serve the TCA Community.
